My role as a Notary Public is to verify the identity of the signer signing the document presented to me and make sure they are willing and able to sign the document of their own free will.

When I operate as a Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent I am able to give you a general description of each document I present to you from your signing package and help you locate information within your signing package after I've seen and/or collected the proper identification. My role is to guide you through your signing so that you can close your transaction on time.
What is Remote Online Notarization?

Remote online notarization is a fully digital experience that mirrors the traditional notarial act. A signatory appears before a notary on a video call, and together. they complete, sign and notarize the document. Each video session is recorded and retained along with an audit trail of the transaction. The signatory only connects with a notary after completing several additional security measures, including personal identity challenge questions and credential analysis of their government-issued ID, e.g., a passport or driver's license. These features bolster the security of the notarial act, which has long been a concern of signers opposed to RON.
